Yes absolutely. A reservation is taken into account at the time of official deposit of 25% of the total amount plus taxes upon signature of the contract payable by check or direct deposit. The balance (i.e. 75%) is paid on the date of the activity or training. Conditions may vary slightly if it is a video production, a long-term contract, a custom creation or a team building activity requiring the creation of sets and/or costumes. Yes, but we are very flexible. We are able to form small groups of a minimum of 5 people and have created team building or speed-meeting concepts that can reach groups of more than 500 people.
For tailor-made training designed just for you, it is not uncommon for clients to book between 6 months and 9 months in advance to ensure we have time to properly design your training and/or project. It is therefore suggested that you call us as soon as you have agreed on the date of your activity. However, if it is for a team building concept that already exists among our many online choices, normally it is a good idea to book between 30 and 60 days before your activity to ensure that the equipment and staff are available.
