Technical installation – 1 hour 30 minutes before the event
Setting up the equipment, sound system and workstations.

Introduction and strategic briefing – 10 to 15 minutes
Presentation of objectives, rules and evaluation criteria.

Planning and development of the work plan – 15 minutes
Each team defines its strategy, distributes roles and establishes its plan.

Prototype construction – 60 to 75 minutes
Active manufacturing and adjustment phase.

Technical analysis & aesthetic vote – 15 to 20 minutes
