The concept in brief

The participants are divided into teams of 2 to 3 people per easel.
Each team creates a canvas of 24 inches x 24 inches, in connection with a common theme defined beforehand (company values, vision, leadership, innovation, diversity, cohesion, etc.).

Guided by the artist, participants learn to:

  • Mix the colors

  • Applying different techniques

  • Structure their composition

  • To bring their portion of the work to life

At the end of the activity, all the canvases are assembled to form a large collective painting, a visual symbol of the group's strength.

Activity schedule (3 hours)

  1. Welcome and introduction

    • Presentation of the theme and objectives

    • A brief introduction to basic techniques

  2. Creation phase

    • Teamwork on each canvas

    • Ongoing coaching for the artist-painter

    • Adjustments, advice and personalized support

  3. Assembly & finishing

    • Setting up the canvases in the final order

    • Harmonizing colors and transitions

  4. Final opening

    • Unveiling of the complete work
