Framed by a professional painterThis team-building activity leads each group to create a unique canvas… which is then integrated into a final collective workrevealed during an inspiring opening.
The participants are divided into teams of 2 to 3 people per easel.
Each team creates a canvas of 24 inches x 24 inches, in connection with a common theme defined beforehand (company values, vision, leadership, innovation, diversity, cohesion, etc.).
Guided by the artist, participants learn to:
Mix the colors
Applying different techniques
Structure their composition
To bring their portion of the work to life
At the end of the activity, all the canvases are assembled to form a large collective painting, a visual symbol of the group's strength.
