Team Learning is a formula designed and used for collective learning purposes. It corresponds to teaching objectives, which are defined according to your needs.

Team Learning uses games and fun activities to create a different learning atmosphere.

The participants, immersed in the game and disconnected from the obligations of the real world, then adopt natural and spontaneous behaviors. Simulation games become a revelation, and create a “mirror” effect that sticks to everyday life in business.

Team Learning exercises reveal the reactions of a group to a given situation. Reflection is necessarily brought about following the exercises, as well as solutions to the problems encountered.

Finally, learning Team Building allows participants to find the keys to collective success. The team gains new benchmarks, reveals the individual qualities of each person, and aims for new implementation strategies for the future. Participants become aware of their actions and generate optimal solutions together. They transpose and reproduce their knowledge in the professional context, which undoubtedly improves the team's performance.

Why does Team Learning have more impact than traditional training?

Studies have shown that human beings are capable of remembering 70 % of what they do, compared to 20% of what they hear, and only 10% of what they read. Exercises related to learning are therefore the best way to retain the material!

The game marks the memory. Participants remember lessons from the simulation more easily, and reproduce good behaviors more easily in their daily professional lives. In addition, Team Learning makes it possible to create a high level of collective commitment, the effects of which are felt in the longer term.
